My Rapid RH® Smart Sensor reading keeps changing. What do I do?


When using the Rapid RH® Smart Sensor, you may get 5% fluctuations between readings. When you take multiple readings during a short period of time, you may get lower readings.

The transfer of heat increases between the sensor and the reader and the sensor "heats up". This is the reason why you may get a lower second reading.

We recommend waiting two (2) hours between readings for accurate results.
